I see life as constantly changing and bringing us new challenges, including unwanted struggles as well as exciting new opportunities. I believe our struggles often arise when we disconnect from ourselves and others, leaving us ungrounded and unsure of the way forward. Reconnecting with ourselves, including our self-worth, values, emotions and goals, along with reconnecting with others in a healthy, positive way, can be transformative and rewarding. This journey is unique for each person. It is a journey of progress rather than perfection. My role is to be a professional guide along this part of your journey as you learn to reconnect to your own inner strength and wisdom. My education and experience over the past 20 years has provided me with opportunities to specialize in working with clients in demanding professions, such as healthcare, higher education, and law as well as with disordered eating, body image issues, eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder) and work-life balance.
